We are most delighted that our friends at Private Property found great insight and value from their recent website satisfaction survey – (done by us, Columinate, of course!).
Columinate found that website satisfaction is linked with website loyalty (planning to make a return visit to the site), brand perception and the extent to which the company is trusted. Furthermore, other aspects relating to website satisfaction were also measured to provide an all round look at how the user experiences the site.
